We manufacture the chassis in variable wall 1 in. and 3/4 in. square steel mild tubing , surrounded by a 1 3/4 in. / 0.125 wall/DOM rollcage
30 aluminum panels and 7-piece fiberglass body
All these elements weigh app 480 lbs
all other elements are doner or builder supplied
STAGE 1. Fame. Rollcage, +-30 computer/water-jet cut and predrilled .045 and .062 aluminum panels , dash, double-sided tunnel, firewall & sidepanels, wheelwells, etc . 7 fiberglass body panels including bonnet, cowling, doors, turtle deck, rear section, headlight covers, all in hand layedup polyester eglass - reinforced over wheelell area. Body provided in gelcote only.
